has since helped more than 60 small business clients bring balance to their financials and their lives. Cynthia is a Certified

QuickBooks Pro Advisor and professional Bookkeeper with more than 20 years of experience in bookkeeping, IT, and customer service. She specializes in working with small businesses (fewer than 20 employees), especially in the retail, professional services, legal and construction industries.

Prior to founding Keeping the Balance, Cynthia served as the staff bookkeeper for several well respected accounting firms including Hobson, Bishoff & Dowdy, PLLC, in Tampa and Wathen Accounting in Temple Terrace.

As a long-time Tampa resident, Cynthia does volunteer work for several community organizations including Hands On Tampa Bay. Her personal interests include gardening, stained glass crafting, and bowling.
